How to cook
Chop the cabbage into thin strips and salt them. Saute them in the oil on low heat.
Once softened, add 1/2 cup warm water and the grated tomatoes. Leave to boil on low heat.
To the boiled cabbage, add the paprika and the flour which you've diluted in a little water.
Saute another 5 min. and season with the parsley and black pepper.
