"This lean cabbage dish is making me seriously consider becoming a vegan briefly. It`s insanely delicious."

Ingredients

  • cabbages - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, grated
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt

How to cook

Chop the cabbage into thin strips and salt them. Saute them in the oil on low heat.

Once softened, add 1/2 cup warm water and the grated tomatoes. Leave to boil on low heat.

To the boiled cabbage, add the paprika and the flour which you've diluted in a little water.

Saute another 5 min. and season with the parsley and black pepper.
