How to cook
Knead a soft dough from the products listed. Wrap it well in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 30 min. (for the dough to harden).
Take the dough out and cut it into small balls. Roll out each one onto your hand and place in the tartelette forms.
Mix the products for the filling and fill the tartelettes with it.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven until reddened.
