How to cook
In a deep bowl, put the mince and flavor it with the spices (finely chop the parsley) and salt to taste. In the same bowl, subsequently grate in the cleaned and washed onions, pepper, potatoes. Mix everything with your hands until homogeneous.
Dice the cheese finely, then prepare the oven dish in which you'll be baking by drying it well and smearing with oil slightly (can use baking paper instead).
Once the mixture is ready, take small bits of it at a time, press it lightly with your hands, put a cube of cheese in the middle and cover, to form medium-sized meatballs.
Arrange the prepared meatballs in the oven dish and put to bake in a 374°F (190 °C) oven until they gain a nice crust. Baking takes 15-25 min., depending on oven.
Once the meatballs are ready, take them out of the oven dish and serve while still warm, so that the cheese is still runny.
