Finely chop the listed ingredients for the filling and add the eggs. Mix everything well. Set aside 1 yolk for smearing.
The puff pastry needs to be thawed well. Cut it into squares of nearly the same size. Then use a spoon to put filling in the middle of each square.
After placing filling in each square, fold it in 2 and press the edges with a fork. Smear the desserts with yolk and a little oil on top.
If you like sesame seeds, you can sprinkle them on top. Bake the desserts at 392°F (200 °C) for about 40 min.
