How to cook
Dip the insides of the bread in water to soften and then drain it.
It needs to drain well, in order to obtain a homogeneous cream.
Beat the margarine, sugar and drained inner part of bread with a mixer until you obtain a cream.
Dip each of the biscuits in juice or compote, then smear them with the cream.
Arrange a layer of cocoa biscuits, then a layer of white ones.
Serve it after a 30 min. stay in the fridge, to harden it.
