Wash the rice of its starch. In a pot, pour in water and put the rice to boil with a pinch of salt.
Once the rice softens a bit, pour in the milk. Once it comes to a boil, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Stir well until the sugar melts and leave on low heat for another 5 min. or so.
Serve it cooled in bowls. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon.
