Put all of the ingredients, excluding the butter and the ones for sprinkling, in a pot, stir well and put the pot on the stove.
Boil while stirring constantly until thickened, then another 3-4 min. after that, to make sure the rice flour is no longer raw.
Once ready, turn the heat off and add the butter to this cream. When melted, stir well to fully absorb.
Leave the cream to rest for 5 min. and distribute it into bowls or cups.
Garnish with ground nuts.
Once cooled, cover each serving with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
