Tenderize the pork steaks well. Put them in a suitable container and add salt, black pepper and cumin.
Pour on the wine and leave in a cool area for them to take in the marinade. You can add finely chopped garlic if you like.
Heat up the grill and cook evenly on both sides.
For even tastier steaks, I recommend using forest-grown cumin, it's a lot more aromatic.
