How to cook
Wash the quinoa well and boil it in water in a 1:2 ratio until the grains swell and gain a glassy color. Rinse, drain and leave it to cool completely.
Add the spices, egg and finely grated feta cheese or cheese. Add the finely grated onion - you can saute it beforehand briefly in a little oil.
Shape small meatballs and roll them in the flour. I used einkorn flour but you can use other types of flour. If the meatballs are too crumbly, add 1 more egg to thicken.
Fry on a high stove. Drain them onto paper towels so they're not oily. Serve with a dairy sauce.
