Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, being careful not to pierce the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer into a fluffy, thick mixture, along with the vinegar.
After you've beaten the whites, divide them in half and arrange them onto baking paper (I used muffin liners) in a cloud shape.
Put them to bake for 5 min. in a 392°F (200 °C) oven, take them out, put an egg yolk in the middle of each, return to the oven for another 10 min. or until ready.
After you take them out of the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
