Beat the eggs, crumble the feta cheese and add the yoghurt. Smear the oven dish with a little oil.
Crinkle the phyllo pastry sheets like a harmonica, place a sheet in the oven dish and sprinkle some mixture all over on top. Then place more sheets, mixture and so on, until out of sheets.
Leave a little of the mixture aside to place on the very top, add a little milk everywhere as well. Bake about 40-50 min. at 374°F (190 °C).
Once the phyllo pastry is ready, smear it generously with carbonated water using a brush. You can sprinkle on sugar as well!
