- avocados - 2
- peas - 2/5 cup (100 g), frozen
- sunflower seeds - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) (raw)
- cucumbers - 1
- lemon juice - of 1 lemon
- mint - for flavor
- black pepper
Soak the seeds for about 2 hours. Then mix together all the ingredients and blend in a blender.
Serve in the avocado rinds.
