How to cook
Beat the eggs with a mixer in a deep container until you get a foam. Next, add the sugar and beat again.
Then add the oil and milk and stir well. To the mixture add the flour, pre-sifted with the baking powder and vanillas.
Stir well with the mixer and pour 1/2 the mixture into a pre-buttered and floured cake form.
Then add the raisins, crumbled chocolate and pour on the remaining 1/2 of mixture. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
Optionally, sprinkle the ready cake with powdered sugar.
