Cut the peeled pumpkin into 3/4″ (2 cm) pieces and arrange them in an 8″ (20 cm) diameter form. Pour the melted butter over them and sprinkle on the sugar.
Put the form in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven and bake 30 min. until the pumpkin pieces soften.
Separately, for the dough, beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream, add the sifted flour mixed with the sugar, stir.
Distribute the dried fruits in the form and pour on the egg mixture evenly on top. Return the form to the oven and bake about 20 min. or until ready.
Take it out and carefully invert the pie into a plate, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
