Peel the apples, remove the seeds and dice them.
Pour the sugar over the apple cubes and leave as is for about 1 hour.
Once they absorb the sugar, add all the other ingredients and stir.
In a form that you've smeared with oil ahead of time, pour the prepared mixture and place in the oven.
Bake about 30 min. at 356°F (180 °C).
This cake is extremely suitable for the Nativity Fast before Christmas.
