Clean the chicken legs and wings, wash and drain them.
Add the beer, soy sauce, water and the diced butter.
Leave them in the tied bag for at least 30 min. to take in the marinade. Next, put in the oven for 50-60 min. at 356°F (180 °C), although it's best to keep an eye on them since every oven is different.
15 min. before taking them out of the oven, take the tray out, carefully turn the bag with meat over, then return to oven for another 10-15 min.
Serve with lemon slices and a mug of beer.
