How to make
Chop the cauliflowers and carrots coarsely. Mix them. Fill the jars with the cauliflowers and carrots. Press them in tightly.
Put 2 aspirins, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil per jar.
After you've filled the jars, top off with hot water. Close the jars and turn them upside down.
Then cover the jars. Over the course of 2 days, shake them periodically. Put away.
