How to cook
Hard boil the eggs. Remove the shells, separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the crumbled feta cheese to them.
Season with black pepper to taste. Add the peeled and finely grated ginger root.
Grate the egg whites to the mixture. Add soft butter as well.
Stir well and leave in the fridge for 10-15 min. Shape small balls from the cooled mixture, roll them in sesame seeds (raw or baked, as desired).
Decorate each ball with small leaves of fresh dill. Keep the balls in the fridge until it's time to serve.
