Beat the eggs with a whisk in a bowl. Add the oil, the yoghurt with the baking soda and baking powder beaten in it, let it all bubble and pour into the bowl.
Cut the lard salami into round slices, then into cubes in turn, dice the cheese as well. Remove the pits from the olives, cut them into pieces.
Add the finely chopped parsley, sea salt and mixed spices. Lastly comes the flour, stir with a spatula to mix all the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture onto baking paper and bake in a small 9 1/2″ (24 cm) tray. Bake in a preheated 383°F (195 °C) oven about 30 min. until when you poke it with a toothpick it comes out dry.
Take it out onto a cooking grid to cool a bit, cut into pieces and have at it!
