Julienne the chicken fillet, cut the mushrooms into strips. Put the butter in a deep pan, braise the fillet, add salt and curry.
Add the mushrooms and fry about 5 min. (it's tastier if you use fresh mushrooms but I didn't have any at the time).
Add the cut into thin strips pickles as well. Put the olive oil in a small pot or pan, add the processed cheese and cream, pour in a little warm water, add the spices and stir for a few more min.
Once the sauce is ready, pour it over the julienned chicken, transfer to a platter or tray with a nonstick coating.
Bake until slightly reddened, then sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
