How to cook
Heat the milk and pour it into a bowl, dissolve the yeast in it.
Melt the butter and add it to the bowl, then add the sugar, kefir, eggs, salt.
Stir everything very well and add the flour, sifted beforehand. Knead a smooth and stretchy dough.
Leave the dough to rise. From the resulting dough, you can form cookies, salty scones, pitas, cheese pies.
