Sift the flour, add the lard, baking powder, honey, vanilla and break the egg on top. Knead a dough that doesn't stick to the hands.
Leave the dough in the fridge for about 30 min.
Tear it into balls. Put a piece of Turkish delight and a walnut in the middle of each ball. Shape and arrange the balls in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake the cookies in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven to a pink tan.
While still warm, roll and sprinkle the cookies generously with powdered sugar.
