How to cook
Cut each chicken breast into 2-3 slices. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, mashed garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and olive oil.
Put the breasts in the marinade, leave them to marinate for a few hours in the fridge, best if overnight.
Heat a grill pan and oil it lightly, cook the chicken breasts, sprinkle with parsley and serve with a garnish consisting of vegetables of your choice.
