Peel the apples and grate them, add the baking soda and cinnamon. Stir and leave them aside while you prepare the pie mixture.
In a deep container, beat the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar, beat until it melts, then add the oil.
Once everything is beaten well, add the grated apples and continue beating (the reason we're constantly beating is because we want a fluffy and soft pie; if your mixer has a dough hook, I recommend using it).
Smear a cake form with oil, then pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 min. (without the fan, just on the top and bottom elements).
