Healthy Biscuits with Oats
- oats - 4/5 cup (175 g)
- sunflower seeds - 2/5 cup (100 g) peeled
- jam - 4/5 cup (200 g) rosehip
- vanilla - 2 packets
Mix all of the products and stir well. Leave them for 15-20 min. to soften.
Then form biscuits using a spoon in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 15-20 min.
Once ready, take them out and leave to cool before serving.
