Beat the yoghurt with the baking soda and leave it to bubble, then gradually start adding flour and salt, while stirring nonstop.
Add a little more flour until the dough becomes quite thick. Pour the rest of the flour onto the counter, pour the thick dough over it and start kneading until all of the flour is absorbed.
Place baking paper into an oven dish and transfer the formed bread into it. Make several cuts on the dough. This way your bread will bake better.
Put the bread in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Bake about 45 min. or until ready. Cover the baked bread with a clean towel and leave it for 30 min. as is.
