Beat the eggs with a little salt with a fork. Add some of the milk gradually and some flour a bit at a time, while stirring nonstop to prevent lumps.
Heat the pan and smear just a tiny bit of oil along its bottom with a brush. Pour a ladleful of the mixture, distribute it out in the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Smear each fried pancake with butter by dragging the cube carefully along its surface while it's still hot.
