Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • milk - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup, hot
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 powder packets
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • flour - about 2 cups
  • butter - 1 tbsp

Preparation

Beat the eggs with a little salt with a fork. Add some of the milk gradually and some flour a bit at a time, while stirring nonstop to prevent lumps.

Add the oil, sugar, vanilla and milk and flour again, until you get a thick mixture. Then dilute with hot water (not boiling), pouring it slowly in lots and stirring until smooth.

Heat the pan and smear just a tiny bit of oil along its bottom with a brush. Pour a ladleful of the mixture, distribute it out in the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Smear each fried pancake with butter by dragging the cube carefully along its surface while it's still hot.

Garnish as desired - with jam, chocolate spread, honey, other toppings.find similar recipes here
