How to cook
The products need to be at room temperature. Break the eggs in a bowl, pour in the sugar and beat well with a whisk by hand.
Gradually add the oil and stir slowly. Then pour in the milk slowly and stir.
Pour in the baking powder and a little of the flour and stir, add more of the flour slowly until you get a cake dough.
Add the vanilla and stir. Pour the mixture into a form with a ring.
Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven until ready. Once ready, take the cake out and leave to cool. After cooling a little, cut it as desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
