Put the oil, garlic, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Clean the carp very thoroughly, stuff it with round slices of boiled potatoes, tomatoes and lemon.
Put the fish in a tray, smear it generously with the garlic and spice mixture. Make several cuts along the fish and put slices of tomatoes and lemons in them.
Preheat the oven for about 10 min. Bake the fish at 482°F (250 °C). Optionally, decorate with various vegetables (onions, cucumber, lettuce, lemons etc.) and serve.
