Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Sift together the flour, salt and sugar, add the yeast.
Mix the egg, oil, milk and water and add them to the flour.
Knead a soft dough and leave it in a warm area to double in volume, then knead again.
Roll out the dough and cut it into 2 parts. Smear them with the softened butter. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top, finish off with the raisins.
Wrap the 2 parts up into a roll and cut them. Smear them with a little more butter and let them sit for 30 min. Bake for 20 min.
