- potatoes - 3 - 4
- mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
- chutney - for garnish (homemade)
Boil and mash the potatoes, season with salt to taste. Shape into cupcakes.
Braise the mince, drain it. Put mince in each cupcake, sprinkle grated cheese on top, sprinkle savory and bake until the cheese crisps.
Serve with homemade chutney as a garnish. Decorate as desired!
