How to cook
Crumble the biscuits finely and mix them with the melted butter.

Melt the gelatin and while beating nonstop with the mixer, pour it in a thin trickle to the cream mixture. Distribute the butter and biscuits into 4 glasses, then distribute the strawberry jam and finish off with the cream mixture.
