How to cook
Separate the egg white from the yolk, the latter is for smearing. Add the baking soda to the yoghurt.
In a bowl, mix the egg white, baking soda with yoghurt, margarine and crumbled feta cheese. Stir. Add the salt to the flour. Add a little flour at a time to the mixture and knead a soft dough. Divide it into 2 parts.
Roll out each part into a thin sheet, smear with the set aside yolk, sprinkle with paprika, black pepper and savory and cut it into strips with a wavy knife. Cut out crackers of the desired length. Arrange them onto a tray with baking paper and bake at 338°F (170 °C) until reddened.
Optionally, you can sprinkle them with caraway.
