How to cook
Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Put the finely chopped mushrooms, ham and pickles in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and salt to taste and stir well.
Cut the boiled potatoes in half and use a small spoon to dig out their insides.
Arrange them in a tray that you've oiled lightly beforehand.
Fill each potato half with the mixture and put them to bake in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven.
Once baked, cover them with grated cheese (if it's soft cut it into thin slices). Sprinkle turmeric on top and return to the oven for the cheese to crisp.
