How to cook
Mix the soft butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, stir well to obtain a cream. Add the ground hazelnuts, vanilla and flour and knead a nonstick dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it for 30 min. in the fridge to harden. Take it out and divide into 2 parts, form them into long wicks.
Cut each wick into pieces about 2 1/2″ (6 cm) long. Form them into crescents with your hands and arrange in a tray with baking paper.
Bake the crescents in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 12-14 min. Take out and leave for 2-3 min. in the tray.
Then roll each in powdered sugar. Can store in a metal box.
