Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to thick snow.
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar, add the oil and sifted flour with the baking powder. Add the egg whites, carefully mixing.
Pour the mixture into a tray covered with oiled baking paper. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 10-15 min.
Roll it up into a roll using a towel. Once cooled, unroll it and remove the baking paper.
Smear with the jam and roll up again. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
