Make a marinade from the oil, mustard, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper and a little salt.
Cut the meat into bites and stir well with the marinade. Leave it about 1 hour.
Braise the meat with the marinade about 2 min. in a heated pan.
In an oven-safe glass container with a lid, place the meat, the cut into slices feta cheese, the cream and the rest of the black pepper.
Put it in a 320°F (160 °C) oven for about 1 hour and stir well after boiling point.
