Cut off the top of each apple and carefully dig out the insides.
Roast the walnuts 1-2 min. in a pan, then crumble them coarsely. Stir them with the oats, raisins and cinnamon.
Put a little brown sugar in each apple and distribute the mixture in them. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar over the apples.
Bake them 10 min. in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
