How to cook
Add the baking powder and coconut flakes to the sifted flour, stir well.
Add the egg, sugar and the butter, cut into small cubes, then knead a smooth dough.
Form walnut-sized balls from the dough and arrange them onto a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 15 min., they need to remain light-colored.
While still hot, roll them generously in powdered sugar. Store in metal or airtight boxes.
