Wrap it in foil and leave in the fridge for 1 hour. Roll it out into a sheet and cut out shapes using cooking cutters of your choice.
Arrange them in a tray laid out with baking paper. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 10 min. Leave them to cool.
Then decorate with fondant of various colors, using the same cookie cutters. For the decoration you'll also need confectionery dyes, paintbrushes, fondant cutters and your imagination.
The servings you get depend on the size of the cookie cutters you use.
