How to cook
Mix the flours with the salt and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well and gradually pour water to them, stirring nonstop to make a runny batter.
It needs to be about as thick as pancake batter, so add more flour or water if needed.
Remove the crusts from the bread. Cut the bread slices into round shapes using cookie cutters. Dip them in the breading and fry on both sides.
Serve for breakfast or as a bed for another dish.
You can cut the bread crusts into bites and braise them in the breading also (1/2 of the dose). The breaded crusts make for a perfect addition to lettuce salad.
