Wash the potatoes and boil them until ready (don't let them get mushy). Cool them and peel. Cut into round slices.
Arrange them in a suitable tray which you've sprinkled with olive oil. Sprinkle spices to taste but be careful with the cayenne pepper! Stir and bake in a preheated oven until they gain a golden crust.
They're suitable for direct consumption or as a garnish to other dishes.
