How to cook
If you have a large pumpkin, cut it through the middle and stuff the lower part, leave the upper part aside. Make sure to remove all the seeds.
Wash the fruits and cut them into coarse pieces. Cut the nuts coarsely as well.
Mix everything in a deep container, while adding the honey, cinnamon and rum as well. Pour in 1/4 cup water as well.
Mix all of this well and start stuffing the 1/2 pumpkin, all the way to the top.
At the very top, place a few chopped cubes of Turkish delight.
Put the stuffed pumpkin in a tray (I used a pot), cover tightly with aluminum foil on top.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Remove the foil and crisp the pumpkin for another 30 min.
