How to cook
Clean the pork and cut it into pieces. Wash the sauerkraut heads, chop them and put them with the pork in a pressure cooker.
Season with black pepper and paprika, 2-3 bay leaves and oil. Add 2 cups oil and boil about 45 min.
Next, pour everything into an oven dish and bake about 20 min. (or until the rest of the water evaporates) in a preheated 482°F (250 °C) oven.
