Beat the eggs with a whisk.
Add the yoghurt, milk and crumbled feta cheese.
Stir and add the yufka.
Smear a suitable oven dish with butter.
Once the yufka is well soaked, pour the mixture into the oven dish. Pour on the melted butter.
Put the oven dish in the oven and bake at 338°F (170 °C) to a golden crisp.
Serve the yufka phyllo pastry with ayran.
