Portion the chicken, wash and boil it in salted water until semi-cooked. Take the meat out from the broth but save it and leave the meat to cool.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the chopped processed cheese, add the all purpose spice and pour in 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of the chicken broth, stir until the processed cheese melts.
Pour this mixture over the dish and sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven, bake until the meat is ready.
10 min. before taking the tray out of the oven, remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with the grated cheese.
Take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve the dish with baked, boiled or fried potatoes, as desired.
