How to cook
Pick a tray of your choice and smear its bottom with oil, then place 2 sheets in it. On top, lay on grated pumpkin and 2 tbsp sugar.
Repeat this process until out of sheets. Put the pumpkin pie in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven (with both top and bottom elements on) and bake 30-40 min.
Once it's ready, sprinkle it with a little sugar and oil to caramelize its surface. But if you don't feel like going through the hassle, just take it out and sprinkle with a little water, then cover with a towel for 5-10 min.
That way it becomes soft and appetizing. Optionally you can add grated walnuts as well.
