Mash the sauerkraut through a meat grinder or in a blender and drain it well.
Peel the potatoes, cut and boil them.
Mix these 2 products, add the spices, 1 egg and knead a mince-like mixture. Leave it to sit 10-15 min.
Oil a tray, form schnitzels, arrange them in it and smear them with the 2nd beaten egg using a silicone brush.
Bake in a preheated oven until reddened.
Serve with garlic sauce or yoghurt.
