Stir well and pour this in the middle of the flour. Knead a soft, nonstick dough from the products.
Cover the bowl with dough with a towel and leave to rest 15-20 min. With oiled hands, tear balls from it and arrange them in a tray on top of baking paper.
Smear each one with beaten egg yolk on top and sprinkle generously with sugar. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
