First, make the syrup by boiling the water with the products. Leave it to cool.
Mix together and beat the products for the filling with a mixer until homogeneous.
Grab 2 phyllo pastry sheets together, smear them with 3 tbsp of the filling. Distribute it all over the sheets with a brush.
Arrange the Turkish delight along the narrow side and wrap into a roll. Arrange the rolls in a slightly oiled tray.
Bake at 338°F (170 °C) about 15 min. or until golden in color. Cut it and pour cold syrup over it while it's still hot.
It's best to leave it a bit for it to take in the syrup.
